Job Description

Position:Sales Supervisor ? Aesthetic Injectables (Central & Eastern Regions, Qassim)Job ProfileThe Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the Aesthetic Injectables sales operations in the assigned territories and implementing sales and promotional strategies through supervising, coaching, and guiding a team of Product Specialists to achieve a set of objectives including sales target and career development.Job Responsibilities

  • Support Sales team in setting own target, marketing and sales program.
  • Supervise, lead, direct, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales target and objectives.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, revising and implementing the sales strategies, objective and plans and complete all assigned duties.
  • Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in company?s events, workshops and marketing programs.
  • Oversee and ensure effective implementation of medical education and training programs for sales team and HCPs in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces.
  • Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns and product/service questions.
  • Handle and report sales team relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
  • Communicate and ensure that all subordinates adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting consolidated sales team progress report to the sales manager
