Description: the primary purpose of the Supervisor job would have functional responsibility within an assigned area and/or channel of quality distribution, merchandising and call cycle of all outlet types. As a supervisor leading a team, you have to train, motivate and control your sales and distribution force and you will be accountable and responsible for achieving team objectives/targets pre-defined by sales management.
