Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Specialist to join our team. You will lead our sales efforts, build client relationships, and contribute to maximizing revenue and occupancy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts with government and private entities; ensure timely renewals.
  • Plan and conduct field visits and follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
  • Utilize the Opera program for efficient hotel management.
  • Set and monitor departmental sales goals.
  • Analyze booking platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Organize monthly events to enhance guest experiences.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and prepare for upcoming tourist seasons.
  • Develop monthly and annual sales strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contracts.
  • Assist in collecting payments from clients.
  • Collaborate with sponsors for Ramadan events to ensure agreement fulfillment.
  • Create operational plans for the sales department.
  • Prepare reports on target companies and advertising strategies.
  • Maintain and leverage public relations contacts.
  • Work with finance to establish seasonal pricing and promotions.
