Job Description

Job Propose :Accountable to sell all Daman product to customers and helping them provide, services that meet their needs and desires. Follow all services provided by Daman on a regular basis. Meet sales targets and achieve high customer satisfaction and high-quality order fulfilment.Responsibilities

  • Stablish relationships with new customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Try to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Identify and respond to client needs.
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
  • Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and making suggestions as appropriate.
  • Achieving monthly target.
  • Pay attention to customer problems and help solve them.
  • Daily customer visits and display of the companys products.
  • Renew insurance policies for customers.
  • Act as day-to-day interface for customers.
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality order fulfilment for customers.
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for order processing and documentation.
  • Assume responsibility for order fulfillment if there are no Customer Service dept. in BURUJs.
  • Perform special assignments outside the key focus area as required
  • Follow up to expedite resolution of complains, initiate appropriate action in order to solve the customers complaint to keep the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
  • Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
  • Performs any other related activities upon request from Sales Supervisor Officer.
