Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.ÿThe ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.RequirementsLanguages: English, ArabicÿResponsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
ÿQualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 5+ years of experience sales in a corporate setting.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
high experience and good relations in the real estate and the hotel market in Saudi Arabia
