- Manage and update our CRM system, keeping all sales team information up-to-date.- Support the sales team in attaining sales targets by scheduling any incoming request by a potential customer on sales channels (emails, WhatsApp & phone calls).- Follow up on sales executives outdoor visits by coordinating with potential customers & service providers and make sure all assigned tasks are well completed.- Implement & follow up on the sales cycle with Sales executives & SDRs following sales procedures and processes.- Monitor & respond to customers requests & inquiries on different sales channels to enhance sales team performance.- Prepare reports on sales team performance on a monthly basis and communicate them with the sales manager.- Handle customer complaints on & off company premises by being the primary point of contact for clients and escalate to department heads if required.- Perform any needed operational-related sales tasks.- Prepare, revise, and finalize sales contracts.- Promote awareness of the companys brand image.ÿ
