Job Description

Objective:Responsible to serve in-store customers and create? design drawings based on customer inquires & budgets?to achieve sales targets and highest customer satisfaction.?Key Accountabilities:Sales activities and targets

  • Greet customers and respond to all customer enquiries and requests meeting ABYAT customer service standards
  • Create Customer records in system and assure accuracy of data entered according to ABYAT?s policy
  • Prepare design based on Customer inquiry to arrange a quotations after customer intial approval.
  • Contact customers to confirm quotations prior to expiry date of quotation, and ensure that the system is regularly updated
  • Prepare customers sales orders and collect payments
  • Calculate monthly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends
  • Liaise with Supply Chain Dept. to follow-up on the progress of existing orders
  • Provide advise to customers on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
  • Direct customer complaints to concerned department and the contact center
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Design Software
