Job Description

Objective:Responsible to serve in-store customers? to achieve sales targets with a highest customer satisfactionKey Accountabilities:Sales activities and targets

  • Responsible to serve in-store customers? to achieve sales targets with a highest customer satisfaction
  • ?
  • ??????????? Greet customers and respond to all customer enquiries and requests meeting ABYAT customer service standards
  • ??????????? Create customer records in the system and ensure accuracy of data entered according to ABYAT?s policy
  • ??????????? Prepare customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer
  • ??????????? Contact customers to confirm quotations prior to expiry date of quotation, and ensure that the system is regularly updated
  • ??????????? Prepare customer sales orders and collect payments
  • ??????????? Calculate monthly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends
  • ??????????? Check quantities of goods on display and in stock and inform concerend logistics team for replenishment
  • ??????????? Liaise with the Supply Chain Department to? follow-up on the progress of existing orders
  • ??????????? Provide advise to customers on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
  • ??????????? Direct customer complaints to concerned department
?Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in MS Office
