Brief Role:Manage all sales activities for carton and egg tray products of WAPER Company, Ensure achievement of all sales targets and analyses company objectives. Also follow the sales orders & payment collections from customers, Negotiate on prices to achieve a strong marketing share and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities. Participate in development of a plan for the sales growth of egg tray and cartons, Assist the sales and marketing GM in budgeting and planning.?Responsibilities:1-Responsible for all the direct sales processes of egg tray and cartons and collection of payments by developing a strong relationship with customers.2-Keep all the necessary data record for planning and development purpose for current and future usage.3-Implement and monitor customer?s segmentation & Service level adjustment by assisting the sales managers in carton and egg tray market.4-Search the new market; prepare a strong plan to enter in new market by beating the competitors.5-Follow up with production department for on time delivery of order to make a strong relationship with customers.6-Coordination, development and execution of key account strategy on all sales level.7-Teamwork with account receivable in collection of money or payment receipts by personally visiting the customers.8-Assist the Sales Managers & sales and marketing GM with sales reports for setting the Sales plan and controlling the advertisement ads according to the market situation.9-Provide monthly report containing on sales figures, marginal contributions to the head of revenue department.10-Assist the sales manager by providing the useful data used in budgeting and planning for the coming year.11-Gets the feedback from customers regarding products? quality to use in periodic reports.12-All other duties as assigned by Sales & Marketing GM.
