Job Summary:We are currently looking for a and Manager to join our partner, our partner is an international firm in the hospitality industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality industry. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry, we would love to from.Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their individual team sales targets- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to create a strong sales pipeline- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable deals- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality industry- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of sales strategies- Monitor and analyze sales data, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, to make informed business decisions- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management reviewRequirements:- Proven 6+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hospitality- Strong knowledge of the hospitality market, including current trends and competitor activities- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
