Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our premium range of pediatric and adult nappies/diapers. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of the FMCG sector, particularly within hypermarkets and retail chains in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to navigate government tenders and healthcare regulations effectively.ÿKey Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain key relationships with influential stakeholders to ensure product availability in hypermarkets and retail chains for immediate consumer readiness.
  2. Leverage existing connections and experience with health departments and Saudi Arabian government tenders to effectively participate and offer our diaper products.
  3. Navigate and comply with government rules and regulations, drawing on extensive expertise to engage with health and hospital departments.
  4. Demonstrate a proven ability to manage and achieve sales targets.
  5. Oversee the project budget, ensuring profitability and effective financial management (P&L).
  6. Exhibit strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Be willing to travel as required and ability to manage a diverse team.ÿ
