Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager (Lighting) for our client, a fast growing company in eco-friendly and energy-saving lighting solutions. This role is pivotal for our clients expansion, coinciding with the launch of a new manufacturing line in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in lighting solutions, ready to drive growth across the KSA market.Responsibilities:-˙ ˙ ˙Develop and execute strategies to introduce the companys lighting solutions to clients, contractors, and end users across Saudi Arabia.-˙ ˙ ˙Identify and secure lighting project opportunities, focusing on project sales.-˙ ˙ ˙Perform market research, analyze competitor offerings, and stay updated with industry trends.-˙ ˙ ˙Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ascertain lighting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.-˙ ˙ ˙Prepare project quotations and proposals, and negotiate with customers to secure orders.-˙ ˙ ˙Work closely with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meets customer expectations.-˙ ˙ ˙Provide insights on competitor products and contribute to vendor registration processes.-˙ ˙ ˙Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the project management team.Requirements-˙ ˙ ˙Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Saudi market.-˙ ˙ ˙Proven track record in project sales within the lighting industry.-˙ ˙ ˙Extensive knowledge of lighting products and technologies.-˙ ˙ ˙Established relationships with key suppliers, contractors, consultants, and designers in the industry.-˙ ˙ ˙Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-˙ ˙ ˙Valid Driving License.
