Job Description

We drive the planning, design, and delivery of innovative, differentiated.We are a recruitment firm that offers employer and Job seeker services to challenge the recruitment industries.We are currently looking for a ?Sales Manager?, who will be responsible for all new client discussions and proposal development beyond our current client list. The role reports to Managing Partner.Key responsibilities and objectives:

  • Define strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects.
  • Coordinate department?s research on market insights, industry trends, competing organisations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.
  • Generate sales projections and forecast revenue in line with projected income.
  • Create financial models, generate pitch decks, and prepare fully-fledged proposals for higher-level staff to review.
  • Report and propose interventions to leadership regarding Sales development and its way forward.
  • Attend professional conferences and industry events for lead generation.
  • Manage full-cycle sales process and lead client negotiations.
