Job Description

Duties:

  • Monitoring the team at all stages of the sale.
  • Achieving personal sales target.
  • Follow MMSP & 3Ps
  • Executing and coordinating the internal arrangements for Karaz linen store and its inventory, as well as preparing the store windows according to the controls set in the visual book submitted by the Marketing Department.
  • Create and review sales performance standards.
  • Effectively plan daily inventory for the store.
  • Evaluating periodic sales and comparing them with weekly goals.
  • Meet the sales team for recruitment and evaluation.
  • Monitoring stores and preparing reports on a monthly basis.
  • Monitoring the sales team in terms of performance on a weekly basis in coordination and cooperation with the area supervisors.
  • Preparing weekly reports with the departments management in order to review the departments goals and challenges.
  • Ensure that employees are trained periodically, and that activation is carried out according to standards.
Obligations & Responsibilities:Training:
  • Managers - in how people are managed and developed, in group proposal, in how products are best presented.
  • Sales officials - the integration process (service and sales), in the proposal for assembly and linkage between products and in how to appear in the best personal appearance (make-up, hairstyle, outfit).
  • Cashier - in the finalizing process of the sale completely.
  • Motivational sales based on current stock.
Monitoring and follow-up:Interview and follow-up:
  • Cashier, sales consultants or store managers from time to time in order to check the information provided by the store management.
  • Ensure that the service provided for the customer is achieved.
  • New employees.
  • Evaluating the administration performance through the list of the approved evaluation tool , reviewing the stores of Karaz.
  • Verifying the performance evaluations conducted by the store management in Karaz linen for its employees (sales consultants and cashiers).
  • Ensure that the prices are placed, and demand immediate replacement of the products that were removed from the windows of Karaz linen stores.
  • Review the inventories using the ABC curve and prepare the necessary recommendations and implementation.
  • Being responsible for marketing Karazs Gallery (actions focused on group change, parties, promotions, billboard locations, shop windows, etc.)
  • Supervising the mailing list of Karaz linen Fair (registration, use and update).
  • ABC Control Curve Report - TURNPLAN (Turnover Planning - see MTB - SPL book).
  • Control the sales targets of each Karaz linen sales consultant via SPS (Sales Performance).
Observe:
  • Review the Bed Display report weekly.
  • Review the Floor walk report and SASV visit report.
