Job Description

CIP is looking for a sales expert with 7+ years of experience in closing?B2B contracts?for consulting or?global tech?firms.CIP works in a similar way to Bain & Co and believes in what Bill Bain did when he first started his consulting firm. Thus, the expert must be highly proficient in?building relationships?especially with?CEOs?and the C-suite.Selection criteria and weights:

  1. Previous experience in sales for B2B companies (10%)
  2. Previous experience in sales for consulting firms or global tech firms (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) (30%)
  3. Showing a track record or credentials relevant to the above (20%)
  4. Bachelors degree, Masters degree, or Executive Education in global top 100 universities (10%)
  5. Verified certifications in sales or negotiation from globally renown organizations (10%)
  6. Interview (20%)* (Only?people with a?total of 7 years of experience (or more) in B2B sales?AND?at least 3 of those years selling for a global tech or consulting firm?will be?qualified?for an interview)
Experts with higher qualifications will be given?shares?in the company.
