1. Approach customers to promote the car rental by introducing standard services offered and handing out brochures, catalogs and presentations.2. Recommend and provide advice on a wide range of products and services available.3. Explain rental fees, policies and procedures, especially insurance features (CDW & Deductible).4. Provide information about rental vehicle segments, such as availability.5. Obtain tender documents from customers and Govt. agencies.6. Prepare quotations/offers in coordination with his superiors.7. Submit offers to customer on time.8. Follow up status of submitted quotations.9. Evaluate customer profiles and submit credit facility forms.10. Process credit facility forms in coordination with Finance/Credit Committee.ÿ11. Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and contact them for any services they are interested in and solve any problem arise.12. Participate and represent NAL in the exhibitions.13. Communicate customers? different types? of product and services requests to management.14. Keep data of complete customers? requests with details of requirements and make analysis on materialized requests dropped request. This report will help us to add and delete segments to our product line.15. Make daily customers visits to current customers or new/prospect customers and prepare a weekly report with weekly plan.16. Finalize sales processes with customers (obtain credit papers, open a file, and signing the contracts).
