This is a business-critical role in developing existing accounts and exploring new business opportunities. You will be required to research, contact, and engage with decision makers to increase your client base and successfully secure new business.Responsibilities

  • Your first responsibility is to act as an ambassador for the company - Customer focus is key!
  • Determine customers? shipping profiles to explore business opportunities across your target area.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner and develop value propositions that meet their needs.
  • Increase sales volume by building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Document all contacts with current or potential clients to evaluate database and pipeline management.
  • Employ a consisted and logged customer contact call strategy in the development of new accounts and maintenance of existing customers.
  • Must be able to demonstrate consistent account and revenue growth via new and existing customers.
  • Full utilization of CRM ensuring customer data is captured.
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision.
