Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at T. Nagadi Group of Factories. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share for our reinforced concrete products and fiber glass products. This role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals.Products are included but not limited to: pipes, box culvert, manhole, barriers ..etcResponsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the infrastructure industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the infrastructure industry, preferably with reinforced concrete pipes.
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English Languages
