??? ????? ???? ????? ??? ?????? ???????/ ?????????? ????????/ ??????? ??????? Fit outSales Executive- Capable of closing the individual target while assisting the Line Manager in achieving the departmental target.Job Responsibilities:

  • To be able to generate new leads and create sales opportunities to meet the sales target through contacts, networking and associations.
  • Ensuring all Client inquiries are met in time and all relevant information is duely provided.
  • Manage communication with the client to ensure client requirement is meet while keeping the client satisfied.
  • Developing trust relationships with clients and to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in penetrating in the commercial interiors market of the region.
  • Identifying and winning major fit-out projects.
  • Developing knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
  • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
  • Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
Ensuring the execution of the project as per clients requirement and taking complete responsibility on customer satisfaction.Monitoring pre- sales and the closure phase of the project.Communicating with the project managers to ensure proper delivery of the required services.Maintaining high level of client satisfaction and regularly checking client feedback regarding services delivered and new services required.Positively represents the organization and reflects its mission, values and strategy both internally and externally.Performs any other tasks/duties assigned by the Line Manager.Requirements:Should hold a Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 2 ? 3 years of market experience.Intellectual, SMART and self-motivated individual.Good with Communication and Presentation skills.Experienced and possesses good furniture/fit-out knowledge
