Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the companys sales strategies, setting revenue targets, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. You will work closely with the top management to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the companys sales strategies and plans.
  2. Set revenue targets for the company and establish key performance indicators.
  3. Meet with Sales Managers on a weekly basis to assess company performance against KPIs.
  4. Present sales results to top management on a monthly basis.
  5. Oversee performance management of underperforming sales staff.
  6. Implement sales strategies across the company and monitor their effectiveness.
  7. Ensure the organization has an effective sales training program.
  8. Implement an efficient sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
  9. Promote best practices in sales techniques throughout the department.
  10. Work closely with top management on planning and budgeting.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Post-graduate degree in Management.
  2. Minimum of 20 years of sales experience.
  3. Strong business and industry knowledge.
  4. Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  6. Financial competence.
  7. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  8. Effective delegation and performance monitoring abilities.
