Job Description

Job Purpose:The Sales Data Analyst administers, maintains, and generates sales reports in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that management has the necessary information before taking decisions.Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Share daily and weekly sales and distribution reports with analysis and insights to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Track and report chillers deployment and repositioning vs. target with analysis and insights to ensure targets are met
  • Manage Sales-related IT system/Application reporting to ensure timely and accurate information on merchandising execution
  • Assist RTM Manger to calculate the commission as per the approved scheme
  • Validate the commission files to ensure accuracy and integrity and communicate the same to HR and Finance
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence to relevant policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
