  • Receive customer orders / enquiries by means of e-mail, fax, and phone; review the enquiries and/or LPOs to make sure that all required information has been provided
  • Coordinate with logistics to make sure that all deliveries have been dispatched including urgent deliveries if any
  • Check the daily out of stock situation which fails to meet the customers? orders and inform to the sales team
  • Fill-up customer complaint form in lieu with product complain receives from the customer and then forwards it to Quality Department for corrective / preventive action plan
  • Prepare and analyze the monthly sales report and KPIs and present to the Sales Manager
