We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant for Luxury Cars to join our team, As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of high-end luxury vehicles. Working with a portfolio of coveted brands, you will showcase and promote the latest features, technologies, and advantages of our luxury cars to clients looking for a truly exclusive driving experience.Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of luxury vehicles, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide personalized and professional assistance to clients looking to purchase luxury cars, understanding their needs, desires, and budget requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding clients through the entire sales process; providing vehicle demonstrations, accompanying test drives, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Effectively handle and negotiate the sales process, accurately processing all relevant paperwork and communicating terms and conditions in compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and making follow-up contacts to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury car trends, technologies, and market demands in order to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the dealership.
