Job Description

  • Develop sales plans and tactics as per clients? objectives
  • Develop marketing plans, channels, and tactics as per the clients? objectives
  • Write briefs for external agencies and follow up with them on execution
  • Assist the Residential partners in consulting the clients
  • Researching, validating, and assisting in all bidding processes
  • Developing and writing-up proposals
  • Negotiating with Real Estate Agents and Brokers on behalf of clients
  • Assist in all sales and marketing collaterals (digital and print)
  • Spearhead sales and marketing activities in all national and international exhibitions
  • Track and report performance of clients? projects Outbound marketing activities and initiatives
  • Track and report performance of clients? projects Inbound marketing activities, initiatives and performance across platforms
  • Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models
  • Develop sales strategies and plans. Be able to develop sales phasing strategies and price real estate projects.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties? value
  • Assist in researching and analysing market conditions, trends, competition and case studies
  • Conducting market research to discover trends and opportunities in specific markets
  • Conducting comparative market analysis to determine the value of homes for sale
  • Maintaining and updating an accurate database of real estate properties
  • Develop and execute PR plans for the company as drawn in the marketing strategy
  • Production of presentational/marketing material, in line with legislative requirements
  • Securing a fruitful relationship with clients and consulting deals
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities
