Job purpose?Analyze sales data, create sales forecasts, and make recommendations to optimize sales activities.Duties and responsibilities

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
Responsible for helping to maintain the accuracy of the inventory by working closely with Sales to meet internal and external client needs.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory, sales performance, and analysis reports.
Work proactively to avoid oversell or less sell and find creative solutions.
Work closely with Sales Operations on all manner of issues, including inventory reconciliation, specials orders and pending items, new orders, expedite the order etc.
Prepare the monthly and weekly delivery plan for the local production plant and imported products.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of inventory, shipments, and sales accuracy VS forecast.
Monitor stock levels and follow up with vendors as needed.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Working with team members and S.C. Manager to complete duties as needed
