Job Description

  • Sales Account Manager /Consultant˙to Handle our Product Area of Customer Experience Solutions with 6+ years of experience in CX domain or IT solution
  • Good Knowledge of Contact center Platform and solutions, chatbot solutions ,survey solutions etc.
  • Previous experience with similar solutions will be advantage˙
  • Should be able to give first level presentations and Demo?s
  • Good Account management skills .
  • Should have good coordination with delivery team.
  • Connect with Decision makers, create opportunities˙and pitch our products and solutions˙
  • Good communications with internal Sales team and presales team to upsell and cross sell products
