We want passionate hearts and service superheroes!??˙Join our legendary team:Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and training employees on sales strategies. The Specialist will oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotels offerings. The Specialist will also develop and implement training programs for employees to better understand sales strategies and ensure top-notch customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.
  • Identify and target potential customers.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Create presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing data.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
