Job Description

Responsible for preparing and developing marketing and sales plans and raising the companies market share in the target markets. He is also responsible for training and qualifying the sales and marketing staff in the company.

  • Develop plans and draw up sales and marketing policies in cooperation with senior management.
  • Setting goals and objectives of the sale and setting strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Establishing a database on the market, competitors, geographical regions and their distributions.
  • Develop plans for promotion, publicity, advertising and sales offers in coordination with the senior management.
  • Conducting marketing research and studying the market share of the company and competitors.
  • Work to raise the market share by increasing the volume of sales.
  • Participation in negotiations with agents and distributors.
  • Participation in the selection of salesmen, their training and identification of their needs.
  • Determine the sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers.
  • Follow up and evaluate the performance of salesmen and improve their skills.
  • Following up on the after-sales service, constant communication with customers and responding to their complaints.
  • Follow up on competitors situations and strategies.
  • Submit detailed periodic reports on the achievements, marketing problems and
