Safety SupervisorJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.•Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.•Lead safety meetings and training sessions to educate workers on safety practices, emergency procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).•Investigate on-site accidents or incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.•Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of all safety equipment on site.•Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety across the project.•Prepare and submit safety reports, highlighting any concerns, incidents, or recommendations for improvement.•Stay current with the latest safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices to continuously enhance the safety program.Qualifications:•A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.•Relevant certifications such as OSHA Safety Certification, NEBOSH, or equivalents are highly desirable.•Proven experience in a safety supervision role within the civil construction sector.•Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams effectively.•Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
