ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSafety & Security Monitoring& Operations

Participates in the development and implementation of Tahakom?s safety programs such as lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, fire protection, and other safety compliance programs
Advises the employees regarding safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of the employees
Performs hazard analyses and recommends mitigation procedures to the organization
Participates in the development and implementation of department safety work order tracking and reporting
Conducts routine and follow-up environmental health, safety, and hazard inspections of the organization
Responds to emergency situations involving hazardous materials, fire and smoke incidents, or unknown hazards; prepares reports of findings and submits recommendations
Analyze accident and incident reports for trends; make recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Coordinate emergency response capabilities and infrastructure to identify gaps or vulnerabilities, close gaps, and confirm best practice
Review and audit the program to verify Emergency Management adequacy
Administer job safety programs and inspect to detect and correct safety hazards
Lead site changes to encourage performance expectations for safe behavior to guarantee employee safety
Train employees on safety laws, hazardous conditions monitoring, and safety equipment usage

Policies, Processes, and Procedures

Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others
