Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for?Safety Officer, based in?Riyadh, and will report directly to QHSE Manager.Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Quality, FM & HSE Management System of Tadbeir Company Ltd. meets the KSA laws and regulations.
  • Documentation, Development, Implementation and Continual improvement of Integrated Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 41001:2018.
  • Monitor and ensure client Quality Assurance & HSE requirements are met on project sites.
  • Manage and retain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 41001:2018 certifications.
  • Represent as a Management Representative in external and certification bodies audits
  • Responsible to conduct 2nd party audits on sub-contractor and suppliers based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 41001:2018 requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating IMS documentation as required.
  • Train staff on HSE topics and QHSE best practices.
  • Raise awareness and promote positive health and safety culture within the organization.
  • Assist QHSE Manager with Quality Assurance tasks
  • Ensure that client/customer/tenant complaints are dealt with effectively.
  • Responsible to take corrective/preventive actions on identified non-conformance, near miss, and safety incidents/accidents
  • Monitor and oversee contract-specific risk assessments to ensure they are performed as per the contract scope of works.
  • Responsible to lead internal Quality Assurance & HSE audits
  • Facilitate departmental meetings, HSE Committee meetings? Alerts?, suggestions, awards, etc.
  • Provide support to the Business Development team in bidding for QMS & HSE aspects.
  • Ensure incident/accident response including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation, and subsequent reporting is provided
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental emergency planning & response procedures.
  • Ensure periodic fire drills and evacuation drills are conducted for all facilities
  • Verify environmental aspects and Impact assessments report /register and relevant controls in place.
  • Coordinate with FM team on selection of sub-contractor based on Quality Assurance & HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with FM Director in development, documentation, and implementation of FM policies and procedures.
  • Support the operations teams in utilizing benchmarking to measure and improve service performance across the business on continual improvements.
  • Monitor, measure, and report Quality Assurance, FM & HSE Statistics on a monthly basis
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze Project site QHSE supervisors.
