Joining us meansjoininga truly global community ofmore than75000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Purpose of the JobAs part of Riyadh Transit System Maintenance team the RST Maintenance Professional NDT specialist will be in charge executing the Preventive/Corrective tasks, which are comprised of daily, routine, repetitive Task, and the NDT for RST during OVH.Assist the planning of the future maintenance to ensure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved and exceeded for the Transit system composed of 50 driverless Smart Metro.Reporting directly to the Rolling stock LeaderKey Network & LinksExternal: Operation Control Center Team, PartnersInternal: Lead Engineer, Line Managers, Sub-System Managers, HSE, Quality, EngineeringPerformance Measurement

• On Time Delivery and Daily & weekly work progress of the scheduled maintenance
• CMMS work completion / targets achievement
• Customer Satisfaction trough level of targeted KPI
• Product Safety and HSE Kpi

Accountabilities

• Delivery of the daily Fleet requirements.
• Delivery and application of All Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance Optimization of Maintenance efficiencies.
• Applying and Maintaining of 5S within the Maintenance Facility.
• Organize the Working hours according to the need of operation.

Responsibilities

• Work and contribute to achieve contractual performance of Reliability, Availability and Safety and cost performance of the System he/she is responsible for.
• Participate to all RST contractual and internal training and acquire all necessary competences
• Cary out due diligence within and during RST activities in agreement with management.
• Apply as per the Maintenance plan all Preventive maintenance steps according to Method statements.
• Solve technical corrective failure on various subsystem of the Metro
• Participate to the continuous improvement of the maintenance steps.
• Onsite intervention readiness at all time to bring RST back to Depot and restore the Service.
• Ensure critical issues are identified proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
• Follow up reporting and configuration change rules & process by using the proper tool.
• Report with transparency, the status of your subsystems and its KPIs, as and when required.
• Log all reports in due maintenance management tools
• Regularly analyses the failure trends data and kpi trend to proactively take actions
• Initiate, coordinate and support continuous improvement activities within the workshop.
• Ensure work is performed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Rules and Regulations, AZDP, Railway Group Standards, TOC Safety Case and ALSTOM Policies and Procedures & Code of Ethics.

EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirementsby all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors. Use and promote Close Call Reporting.Educational Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechanical field / certification in NDT , UT3 / PT3

Desired Knowledge / Experience

• Previous Rolling Stock Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge
• Good knowledge of railway products and systems
• Good knowledge Ultrasonic inspection
• Conflict management and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Very Good Knowledge of Metro systems
• Good understanding of turnkey project involving many subsystems affecting the RST material
