Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified candidate to join our team as a Road Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering, with a specialization in road construction and maintenance. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a well-known university is required for this role. The candidate should also have experience in supervision, management, and maintenance of roads and highways, as well as a strong knowledge of road specification and bill of quantity preparation. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance Projects and be fluent in both speaking and writing in English. It is also required for the candidate to be a resident in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable iqama.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage road construction and maintenance projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with road specifications and standards.
  3. Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates for road projects.
  4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure project quality.
  6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  7. Prepare project reports and documentation.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  10. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in road engineering.
  2. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a well-known university.
  3. Experience in supervision, management, and maintenance of roads and highways.
  4. Strong knowledge of road specifications and bill of quantity preparation related to road projects.
  5. At least 3 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance Projects.
  6. Fluency in speaking and writing in English.
  7. Resident in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable iqama.
