Job Description

Role Description:Under limited supervision and in accordance with establish policies, procedures, and guidelines responsible for daily operations of the Retail. Develops the annual budget, markets and serves a principal buyer for the Retail. Maintains communication with customers and assists in resolving problemsKey Activities:

  • Assist the RM in supervising and implement the Retail policies and procedures.?
  • Supervises the employed Retail Staff
  • Assist the RM in preparing the monthly Retail supplies inventory reports
  • Assist the RM in preparing the monthly Retail sales reports
  • Responsible for reporting to RM the daily operation of all Retail divisions according to the structure, including ensuring appropriate staffing, merchandising, reconciliation of deposits, financial reports, and the like?
  • Assist RM to develop retail Divisions annual, budget, markets merchandise and is the principal buyer for all merchandise at all Retail merchandise markets and private vendors
  • Assist RM to review the financial and bill paying of Retail
  • Administration of the Quick Charge System
  • Works with SC for outside vendors to receive quality merchandise at reasonable prices.
  • Oversees the Retail inventory with open-end buying for all categories through computer systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and results
  • Maintains and updates variety of records and computer systems ensuring accurate and complete data is recorded. Utilizes same to generate periodic statistical reports
  • Ensures all policies, procedures, and guidelines are observed. Notifies supervisor of any inconsistencies. Communicates changes of same to associates and volunteers
  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, the Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior
