Urgent Requirement for an experienced Retail Supervisor in Riyadh ? KSA

Supervise, coordinate, and effectively communicate with the entire team to ensure the store?s compliance with all operational SOPs and company policies & procedures.
Ensure all retail and store staff maintains full knowledge of all retail services, products, and visual product display guidelines to successfully present and deliver them to all customers.
Advise, sell, and promote retail products to cultivate on-going customer relationships and positive experiences.
Constantly monitor and analyze retail customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
Ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time as required.
Supervise completion of store checklists and relevant equipment to fulfill HSSE requirements for daily operation
Supervise stock control measures through inventory monitoring, reducing costs, and when possible improving efficiencies according to company SOPs and standards.
