Job Description

  • You will actively monitor and maintain the presentation and organization of the retail floor, ensuring that merchandise displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly labeled to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to not only meet but surpass designated sales targets by proactively upselling and cross-selling products, proposing suitable alternatives, and delivering product knowledge aligned with customer requirements.
  • Actively supervise and maintain the appearance and arrangement of the retail floor, guaranteeing that merchandise displays are enticing, well-supplied, and appropriately tagged to stimulate customer curiosity and enhance sales.
  • Remain well-versed in product specifications, industry developments, and market rivals, allowing you to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers, promptly tackle concerns or challenges, and contribute to a united and energetic retail team ambiance.
  • Take charge of overseeing and sustaining the aesthetics and arrangement of the retail floor, assuring that merchandise displays are captivating, sufficiently stocked, and precisely labeled to encourage customer engagement and escalate sales.
  • Keep up-to-date with product specifics, industry trends, and competitive landscape, equipping you to offer well-founded suggestions to customers, promptly resolve concerns or inquiries, and contribute to a cohesive and dynamic retail team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and merchandising in retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure compliance with display standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
  • Collect feedback from customers and report on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall brand growth.
