Job Description

Our client, a Real Estate & Property Development market leader, is seeking a Retail Delivery Executive (Real Estate)?Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for supervising the Retail Handover, Drawing Review, and Inspections of related Units fit-out activities in line with drawings and fit-out policy.?? Tenant Coordination

  • The internal takeover of property and handover of retail units to the tenants within the target time.
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure timely submission of the tenant fittings drawings and review the same based on the tenant design criteria before issuing the work permit.
  • Assist all tenants during all the Design & Fitting stages of the leased premises of the properties managed.
  • & Fit-out Drawings ?
  • Conduct briefings for new Tenants and their Contractors regarding adherence to the rules, regulations, safety guidelines, insurance policies, and Retail Design Criteria Handbook before the commencement of the fit-out works.
  • Assist all tenants during all the Design & Fitting stages of the leased premises of the properties managed.
  • Review the architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings, and check the technical information on the forms in the Retail Design Criteria, which will be forwarded to new Tenants.
  • Monitor the execution of final inspections from retail units that are preparing for opening.
  • Apply all procedures in the Retail Design Criteria Handbooks.
  • Ensure fire alarm connection is inspected and passed during the work program implementation.
  • Execute any task related to Design & fit-out assigned by the management.
