Operational Duties? Manage the daily restaurant operations. ? Ensure that all informative resources are available to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential. ? Collaborate with Operations Manager/Senior Operations manager to conduct OJE?s and to train restaurant managers. ? Align the implementation and execution of new products and processes consistently within Stores/restaurants. ? Execute the new promotions as per the Marketing plan. ? Protect Chunk brand by ensuring that stores/restaurants meet Chunk safety and sanitation standards. ? Assist restaurant management team in identifying critical store/restaurant systems that produce consistently high levels of quality, service & cleanliness. ? Review and monitor action plans in each store/restaurant to ensure that the systems are improved, and targeted results are achieved ? Ensure with supervision that all assigned restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential and turnover among all restaurant employees is reduced. ? Ensure that employee welfare requirements are met (Housing, Medical, Transportation etc.) ? Manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances in actual versus budgeted, to ensure effective cost management practices. ? Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibilities and monitor the workflow in assigned stores/restaurants. ? Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.People Management?
