Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  2. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  3. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  4. Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
  5. Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
  6. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  7. Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
  8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  6. Positive and friendly attitude
  7. Ability to work well in a team
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
