Job Description

Amaken is currently hiring for a Multinational Chain Group (Fast Food Industry), a Male Restaurant Manager Trainee to be based in KSA.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the restaurant manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  2. Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  3. Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  7. Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  8. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  10. Assist in analyzing financial data and implementing cost-saving measures.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations.
  9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  10. Fluent in English and Arabic.
