  • Deliver professional and courteous service, ensuring all restaurant employees follow suit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, demanding the highest service and set up standards.
  • Train staff thoroughly on the restaurant concept, setting an example in service, product knowledge, and team guidance.
  • Promote upselling of menu items and offer alternatives.
  • Generate reports and analyses for monthly performance meetings, managing costs and driving revenue and profits.
  • Assist in budget preparation and conduct monthly inventory.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication skills, and quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Hold regular meetings with the Front of House team and conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously, reporting to the Director of Operations for follow-up.
