Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant and retail guests are delighted with high-quality food and service produced by a motivated team.The restaurant manager ensures that the company policies & standard operating procedures are followed by the front-of-house employees at all times, including both the restaurant and the retail teams.The restaurant manager should seek to recruit, motivate and develop the restaurant team and ensure that the company?s assets, reputation, and resources are maintained at the highest levels.Responsible for meeting the periodical financial goals, specifically the sales targets for the restaurant and the delivery of the restaurant profit target by diligently controlling all restaurant costs under the mangers control.Responsible for delivery of the appropriate food and environmental safety standards as dictated by the Company Policies.
