Job Description

ObjectivesOur client is a newly established business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs restaurants and?organic supermarkets, is looking for?an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Manage and lead staff
  • Hire new employees
  • Training and evaluate staff performance
  • Plan new and update existing menus
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Control costs and minimize waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment?
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
