1)Stay updated on all Delicious Food policies, memos, procedures, promotions, etc.2)Be available to be called upon at times to perform other related tasks not included in this description3)Attend and participate in daily and weekly briefings and other meetings as scheduled4)Report to the Restaurant Management any required maintenance issues5)Respect the safety and hygiene standards of the Company premises6)Maintain a favorable relationship with all the Company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing morale, productivity and efficiency7) Answer the phone and take dining reservations using proper telephone techniques8)Record all reservations on the reservation book9)Ensure that the reservation book is updated with the latest bookings for events, special requests, etc.10)For all advance reservations, ensure that the FOH team is aware of guest arrival times, seating arrangements and any applicable details to ensure efficient and quality service. This may include services for children and individuals with disabilities or food allergies11)Ensure that the Host area is not left unattended12)Monitor the cleanliness and set up of the host desk, reservation book/computer, dining area, main entrance, restrooms and menus throughout the service period13)Maintain orderly appearance of the Host station and ensure that it is stocked with Delicious Food amenities and menus14)Responsible for Delicious Food coat check system
