Job Description

A well-established recruitment agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading a team. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, budgeting, and inventory control.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  2. Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  6. Manage budgets and financial plans, including cost control
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices
Preferred Candidate:
