Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong focus on customer service and team management. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
  2. Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards and are prepared according to recipes and guidelines
  3. Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
  4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  6. Assist with menu planning and development, including pricing and specials
  7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  8. Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing marketing and promotional strategies
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  10. Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing a team
  3. Strong leadership and organizational skills
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  7. Experience with inventory management and cost control
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  9. Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
