Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Public Relations team member with a passion for and understanding of residential real estate, ideally within off-plan sales and branded residences. You will organize and oversee the PR activities at TRSDC to support the sale of our hotel branded residences, as well as helping to establish The Red Sea as a new prime residential market for both a local and international audience.As the Residential PR Senior Specialist, you should be a highly organized professional who is able to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining attention to detail. You will have a collaborative approach, as you will need to liaise with the internal Destination and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging, as well as consulting with the communication teams of multiple hospitality brands and third parties.You will have experience of PR agency management, and PR strategy development and its delivery. As a participant in any sign-off process, you will need strong written English and a calm, diplomatic manner. Due to the international, as well as local focus of the coverage sought, you should be familiar with both KSA/GCC and international titles and platforms focused at our HNW and UHNW potential owners and investors, and those relevant to the B2B wealth advisory and management target market.Key AccountabilitiesInput into the development, and support the implementation of the Residential Lifestyle Awareness PR Campaign, led by the retained PR agency, to position and support the new residential market within The Red SeaInput into the development, and support the implementation of the individual asset-specific launch PR campaigns, led by the retained PR agency, to support off-plan salesReflective of the retained PR agency?s scope of work, elements of the above will include:

  • Development of strategic narratives and supporting content
  • Coordinating internal sign-off for press releases, speeches, profile and thought-leadership pieces, advertorials etc. for use by the PR agency
  • Sourcing content to give to the agency for them to pitch in to journalists. Therefore, an understanding of what makes a good ?hook? is important, as well as having detailed knowledge of the process of media liaison
  • Being the point of contact for the team at our media monitoring software, Sprinklr and lead on the sharing of media coverage with the Residential Executive Director and Client Advisory team, including its analysis, which will inform future PR activity
Lead on the logistics of event planning (both B2B and B2C), including but not limited to venue liaison, guest list management, on-day support and coordinating with the PR agency regarding the event?s PR amplification (if appropriate)Work with the Residential Executive Director on PR opportunities and journalist meetingsSupport the Residential Executive Director when participating in thought-leadership events, including presentation preparation and liaison with his PA regarding travel etc.Support the PR agency regarding the coordination of future media trips on site or to the Riyadh Show Suite (yet to open)Support on the implementation of a Residential paid media strategyOwn the Residential local and international events calendar and identify further events, partnerships, and sponsorships to generate sales leadsBe the internal point of contact for Residential media enquiries, liaise with the appropriate stakeholder(s) and coordinate the response with the PR agencyWhen live, lead on the community management of the Residential social media channels, and coordinate uploading postsPrepare and share a regular PR report with the relevant internal stakeholders
