CONTRACTOR shall be fully responsible to ensure that CONTRACTOR personnel have met the required qualification, technical background, required certification and experience to perform the WORK.
CONTRACTOR shall insure that all personnel obtain a valid government work permits (Iqama).
CONTRACTOR shall obtain required COMPANY work permits to its entire assigned staff according to COMPANY industrial security policies and procedures.
CONTRACTOR shall handle all information received, gathered and/or developed as confidential and shall not release to or share with anyone without COMPANY Executive Director written approval.
