? Is responsible for the management, application and monitoring of requirements management in accordance with the Requirements Management Plan? Interfaces with Subcontractor requirements staff.? Participates at the Requirements Management Working Group, in order to deliver a structured environment that delivers the program needs.? Manages the requirements database, in agreement with Subcontractor RM, and coordinates Requirements Consortium TeamHe is responsible for the decomposition of the customer requirements as appropriate to deliver the required detailed specifications.? Allocates requirements to Entities (CJV, TJV, TSY) as stated the Contract and reach agreement with the entities on this allocation.? Ensures that traceability regarding requirements is being performed all across Consortium Consortium. Ensures the requirements and related attributes are under change and configuration management including state, version and authorization status.? Controls the requirements status? Ensures consistency and completeness of requirements system.? Processing of Non Conformance Reports when requirements are identified as ?Non Compliant? regarding the Contract.? Participates in any coordination body or meeting regarding requirements either with Subcontractor or Coonsortium Entities? In coordination with Entities Requirements Managers and Subcontractor RM follows status of requirements which include ?Verified? and ?Validated? status.
