Job Description

Job Title: Remote Social Media Account CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Account Coordinator to manage and support our clients social media accounts remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing account performance across various platforms. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and audiences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple social media accounts for clients.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, , TikTok, etc.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest new strategies.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to maintain engagement and build relationships.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all social media channels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in content planning and execution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts remotely.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English is required to communicate with clients and international audiences.
